Parking
is simple and easy! Here are several good choices:
1. PMI Parking Garage on Charles Street
(1 block away)
2. Chase Street Lot
(1/2 block away)
3. Street parking on St. Paul Street.
4. Street parking on Chase Street.
5. Street parking on Biddle, Charles, and other adjacent streets.
6. Eager Street Parking Lot
(2 blocks away)
DETAILS:
1. The PMI Parking Garage on Charles Street is a 300-space
attended garage right around the corner on Charles Street, just south of
Chase Street. Enter the garage from Chase Street by turning south onto
Lovegrove Street (the alley street between Charles Street and St. Paul
Street) or from
Charles Street (northbound) between Eager and Chase Streets. The garage
hours vary throughout the year. Click here for the current hours and rates.
2. The PMS Chase Street Lot at 1012 Saint Paul
Street just south of Chase Street (turn right after the first
group
of buildings on Saint Paul
Street) can be entered from Saint Paul
Street or Lovegrove Street.
An attendant is generally on duty.
3. Street parking on Saint Paul Street is
both metered and non-metered. The parking meters on the east
side (across the
street from Chase Court) are in effect from 8 AM to 6 PM,
Monday - Saturday. Parking is free after 6 PM. Parking is
free on the
west side of St. Paul Street all day Saturday and Sunday,
and every day after 6 PM.
4. Street parking on Chase Street is metered
from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday on the south side
of the
street, and from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday on the
north (Chase Court)
side. Parking on Chase Street is free on Sunday.
5. Street parking on Biddle, Charles, and other adjacent
streets. Most street parking in Mount Vernon
is free on the weekend. It is always a good idea to read the
meters and the signs carefully.
6. The Eager Street Parking Lot is at the
corner of Eager and Charles Streets, just two short blocks
for Chase
Court. This 56-car lot is located in the heart of Mt. Vernon,
close to many restaurants
and nightclubs

Deep Tissue
Massage Therapy
is
therapeutic massage that works through muscle tension layer
by layer, reaching the deeper muscles where chronic pain and tension
may be
released.
Deep Tissue Massage is deep work which is often slower
than regular bodywork, allowing the soft tissues to open
at deeper levels. Since deep work requires more time to release the
tension
in specialized areas, your massage therapist will not always
treat all areas of your body in one session.
Your Comfort is
Important.
Clients are welcome to undress to their comfort level, and are
always appropriately covered during the work. Most sessions involve
full-body work which, of course, always excludes any areas of the body
that you prefer not worked. The room is always kept heated to your
comfort level.
